GOLF:

Most Golf Courses in the are are private clubs.  In some cases the public can join easily for a round of golf.  Rainbow End Golf Club pictured below is open to the public and is located on 80th St just across the street from the entrance to Rainbow Springs State Park. From Dunnellon go north on high way 41 to 80th St and turn left and follow it to the end to the golf club.​

There are a number of different locations that offer families interesting activities worth investigating. Boating, hiking, swimming, golf, tennis, restaurants, horse shows and shopping in the Dunnellon historic district or the Ocala square.

Swimming is available in various places in the Dunnellon area.  This location is in Rainbow Springs State Park just north of Dunnellon on High Way 41.  Also available is the KP Hole just down river from the Park.  There are several places to swim on the River including at the bridge on highway 484  at the entrance into Dunnellon from the east.  ​

There are two places to play tennis in the Ocala area that is open to the public.  The Ft King Tennis Center on Ft King Street in Ocala and at Lake Otting Park just 2 miles west of the Ranch. Both are all weather courts. ​

This is the Grumble House in the Historic district of Dunnellon.  You can purchase neck knacks
and antiques.  Also you can purchase plants and plant paraphernalia.
